We have been trying to get respite care for weeks now for my mom, who is scared of men, and every appointment so far had a man assigned. The answer I get is they don't discriminate. What about patient comfort and safety? The appointment appears in the app about 2 hours before it's scheduled, and I am not able to cancel in the app, which leaves me scrambling to call and cancel. I've had a heart attack, a kidney infarction, a stroke and then a motor vehicle accident which to be fair makes me wonder if I am the only person in the world. Well, that is a different issue.
