I am so happy we decided to bring in private home care for my Mom, who is 85 with dementia. And I'm so happy that we chose Baysore. They were wonderful. My Dad was my Mom's sole caregiver and things were getting tough for him. Bringing Bayshore in allowed my Dad to get out and enjoy some social activities on his own. And this was wonderful. I am very pleased with the excellent nursing care my elderly father is receiving. My sister and I hired a Bayshore private nurse to assist with recovery after a major surgery. Stacey has been with my father weekly since he was discharged from the hospital. She has not only supported with ostomy care but truly looks at the whole clinical picture of the client. I have worked at Bayshore for one year and I have been an LPN for 18 years. I have been able to work within my full scope of practice and gotten to meet so many lovely people out in the community. Bayshore feels like family. It is so nice to work in a positive, caring environment.

I love working for Bayshore. I feel a lot of joy working with the clients, it is really like a family. I have been lucky to build relationships with everyone. Our Management staff are very good to their employees, always supportive 24hrs. They really take the chance to get to know you as a individual and continuously offering us training opportunities.
