This organization is terrible and should have a no star rating. They send incompetent, unskilled, unprofessional and lazy PSWs asking for PPE when they should have their own supplies before coming. They are always on the phone either talking or watching videos. The same PSW did not change soiled diapers twice, then left early. Another PSW calling me to say she can't do her shift, when she should be calling her employer. Totally inappropriate. The nurse wasn't any better. I had a very good intake person who got me a good match of PSW. Soon she left Bayshore, then there's another new person at the same position who did not last long, then another, then another, .... After my initial intake person left, they started REGULARLY (every single time!) calling me the day before my appointments telling me my PSW was not available. Then, they sent me a different person every single time. Their staff were so poorly trained that I ended up paying to train them. When I insisted I want the same person ever... read more

The worst place ever. They don’t even deserve 1 star. My wife medication was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago but this incompetent place can even answer phone let alone handle medication. Had to wait 1.5 hrs before an agent answered the call to only answer with they have no idea and hanging up. Do not get service from them, run away as fast as you can. If you are Bayshore staff or owner, shame on you!!! Your license should be cancelled.

There ok sometimes broken telephone between the home nurses and ordering iv flushes and supplies I usually run out and miss a dose or two before I’m sent any but over all it’s ok
