My wife has been going to have a wound treated. What an excellent place, staff has made each visit a joy. Kate has been amazing, what a personality. Everything is discussed and explained in full, great care!! Thank you!!

I am a chemo patient and have to go in to the Carleton Place office every 2 weeks for nursing services. This has been ongoing since March of this year. All the staff are kind, helpful and supportive. Talisha and Kate are especially helpful and informative.
In February 2024, I had surgery to remove a mass and required in home nursing care. If you read back to my review then, Dawn of Bayshore in Carleton Place unilaterally canceled my in-home care, demanding I drive into Smiths Falls, without a regular ride. Because of this, my recovery took 6 MONTHS instead of 4 - 6 weeks because the incision didn't heal properly. April 29, 2025 I had to have another surgery.
