In February 2024, I had surgery to remove a mass and required in home nursing care. If you read back to my review then, Dawn of Bayshore in Carleton Place unilaterally canceled my in-home care, demanding I drive into Smiths Falls, without a regular ride. Because of this, my recovery took 6 MONTHS instead of 4 - 6 weeks because the incision didn't heal properly. April 29, 2025 I had to have another surgery. I want to thank the wonderful nurses that came to my home for post surgery wound and infection care. Top notch personable and caring nurses. So why did I not give 5 stars? It only takes one bad apple go spoil a bushel and Dawn of Bayshore CP is that bad apple. Her demeanor, overtalking and arguing, no compassion, using words like "Too bad" and "Figure it out", badgering, and just rude, rude, rude.
