I took our kitten, Hermione, in for her first appointment. We were a last minute walk in appointment after Hermione had not eaten or had anything to drink for almost 24 hours. The staff was very professional and friendly, and although we were a last minute appointment, we were seen immediately. Dr. Francis was very thorough in her exam and made sure Hermione got all of the medications needed to get her feeling better. I'm happy to report our little love bug is over her sickness and back to her spunky playful self. Thank you!

We had to finally put our fur baby Kaylen down on October 28, Aubrey and Dr. Francis made the whole process easy and showed so much love and compassion to us. Thank you so much for making this difficult time a little easer.
I took my puppy to bayshore for the first time last week. They did an amazing job with him and were so friendly with both of us. I had taken my dog to a vet previously two different times and they could not cure his worms, one appointment here and he is free of the worms! And they were not expensive at all! Dr. Francis answered all of my questions and gave me some recommendations our my puppy. Overall a wonderful job. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks about a vet.
She is GREAT with my cat. She truly cares about every pet she sees. Her staff is very nice. I will tell everyone to go see her.
Because of my experience with Dr Francis in the past, when I do decide it's time to get another dog, she will definitely be my vet of choice. Forever grateful.
The Dr was very kind an new what she was doing. Our pets were treated very well. We couldn't ask for a enter vet for our fur babies. The staff went out of there way to make us feel at home. This is by far the best vet we have had. Thank you Dr. Francis.
Dr. Francis and her staff of superheros have been the best thing to happen to our families poodles. If it wasn't for them Lexi would not even be here right now. Thank you very much for everything that you ladies do.
