Bays is great! Professional, responsive, timely, and very competitive with pricing. They installed my new heat pump system in 6.5 hours crawling under a deck and into a very tight crawlspace and stayed very professional and helpful despite the tough job. I was unhappy with a competitor company due to unresponsiveness, tried another big company and felt they were ok but extremely expensive. Bays absolutely checks all the boxes. I definitely recommend firing your current HVAC crew and switching to Bays
The tech was so nice. He came for our yearly cleaning and inspection. Did his job and answered our questions. We have used Bays for 5 years and would not think of changing that!
All good. Had a whole new HVAC unit installed by Bays about 1.5 yrs ago. Woke up this morning and my thermostat was off. Couldn’t get it back on. They got us on schedule and was here before sundown. You could tell the guy was wore out from a long day, but was very respectful. And fixed it with no hidden fees (still under warranty) it was a freaking fuse! I’m not blaming the product or the people. That type of crap happens. Thanks Bays.
