I had an extremely negative experience with Bay's Elite Management. I talked to Chris on the phone multiple times about an apartment, viewed the online video and decided to apply and pay the $40 application fee. Chris said he would get back to me the next day, but lo and behold he did not and did not anytime the next week either.
