Good Service I can't comment on the sales portion of Bay Ridge Volvo, but my experience with the service department has been very good. They are helpful, give accurate quotes, and don't pressure you into unneccesary repairs.
Horrible I would like to be anonymous at this point. Beautiful Dealership, Beautiful Cars. No service Most times when you enter a car dealership, a swarm of salespeople attack you. At Volvo, there is no one to help answer questions and no one will get up from their desk to assist you. It's a great place to browse for cars, but if you need service, you won't find it here.
