I've been a customer of this practice for 40 years. The doctors and staff have always treated me professionally, courteously, and efficiently. The front office is very good at reminding me of appointments and managing insurance carriers and fees. The doctors are knowledgeable and skilled. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. I highly recommend Zugner and Pedersen Group.
Dr. Carangelo and his staff are the best. From the moment you walk in the door, they treat you in a caring and respectful way. Dr. Carangelo is thorough and meticulous and explains exactly what he is doing. He works as gently as possible. As a human being, he is caring and sensitive, and his calm reassuring demenor instantly puts you at ease. Im sure I’m not the only person who hates going to the dentist but this place is as good as it gets, from bedside manner to actual dentistry. Ever employee there is kind and gentle. I just wish I would have found him earlier in life!
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They even performed a “last minute” procedure after my cleaning so I wouldn’t have to schedule a time to come back in.
