Main complaint is related to virtual/over the phone sessions. The therapist was often 10 mins late and finished the sessions early. The sessions often felt rushed and @ $130 this is not acceptable. I will seek help elsewhere.
We attended Bayridge Counselling Centre as a couple as we were facing problems in our relationship. Our communication had broken down. We tried different techniques suggested by the counsellor and the suggestions helped a lot. Our relationship has improved a lot. We are surprised how easy it was and what a huge difference it has made.
