The building does not have access to an elevator, which I don’t think is accessible for people who are injured or disabled. Appointments are changed without you confirming them that’s unacceptable. They try and bill you for missed appointments when you have an accurate reason such as a broken leg and not being able to make it up or down the stairs without an elevator.. Nathan Pillai and his team in the NPI program were absolutely amazing! My son, who is on the spectrum along with other disorders, have shown him how to (re)focus, deal with his emotions and how to calm himself down. My son really enjoyed the exercises, especially the hover board! The team was patient & very understanding. I've seen huge improvements in my son and I'm really happy to see him smiling and enjoying life the way he should. Thank you Nathan for everything!

Incompetent councilors. Very condescending staff. If you are having a bad day don't go to your session because they will skewer you
