I highly recommend Bayport. I had a small but very important problem - a different company had installed turbine vents on our roof 5 years ago, and one came loose and fell off the roof. I contacted Bayport and they came out and took care of it immediately. Every interaction I had with them was positive, they were extremely responsive and helpful, and the price was totally reasonable I could not be happier.
This company knocked on my door and asked me if they could inspect my roof. I agreed and stated I had hail damage and recommended to open a claim. I opened a claim and my insurance declined the roof replacement. The sales rep Scott after he learned I was declined kept on blowing me off and would state he would call me back and he never did.
