I had an excellent experience with Chris & Keith this afternoon--from the response time to the customer service I received. They were able to come out to my house same day and plow my driveway, including the walkway leading to the front door. Chris was very knowledgeable and even took the time to explain everything before getting started. He quoted a fair price & I was able to process payment immediately. Once started, they were done in no time. I will definitely use Baypointe Lawn & Snowplowing again in the future!

Outstanding and very professional company and service. I really appreciate how quickly they return phone calls or texts and take care of whatever service that needs attend to. Unlike other companies who do not even bother to return calls or show courtesy to customers. I needed snow removal service, and they got it done and sent me a picture with everything nicely cleared, and the transaction was very smooth. Price, knowledge, speed, courtesy, and excellent clean-up …NOBODY beats Baypointe. I called during the day to schedule a fall leaf clean-up and left a message. Chris got back to me that evening, gave me the rundown on how he and his team get the work done and a rough estimate. The next day, Chris swung by while on another job to dial-in the estimate and gave me a call to get the work done. A few hours later, my yard was clear. Chris, my guy, you and your team crushed it. Thank you!

Chris was quick to return my calls and was professional in all communications. I appreciated how quickly he was able to add me to the schedule! He and his team completed the clean up of my yard in the time he estimated and they did a great job. I found his prices reasonable and will definitely hire him again!
