I had an appointment during my work day. Checked in right on time. An HOUR after my appointment time I was told "you're next." Another HALF HOUR wait (while other people were shown in) and I was finally taken to a room. Another 15 minutes with no sign of any one to help. I walked out. No "sorry." No follow up by the good doctor nor her staff. Just disgraceful customer service as I'm sure anyone would agree.
Dr. Lima and her team are amazing! It's very difficult to find a doctors office that treats you like they would their own family members. Dr. Lima takes her time explaining all your options, and then follows thru to make sure you get the results you need. I would also like to give a special thanks to Douglas who convinced me to get a screening that I was reluctant to do, and ultimately ended up saving my life. Dr Lima is an excellent physician, and she is always up to date with the latest innovations in skin care. Her staff is professional and knowledgeable.
