Sidenote: I should've left when I had to walk around looking for someone & then they come out of hiding like you're bothering them. I went in for a 3 br, first of all on every website these apts are $899 now all of a sudden they're $995 as if they have any reason to raise price with so many complaints. The idiot I spoke with first seems like she was on another planet as we spoke, maybe a surprise drug test is needed. Looks nice but the staff is horrible. The management changed and they just don't care. This place has gone downhill.
alright, if I could give a zero star rating I sure would. Place looks great, amenity are great, rent is low. That is all good stuff. Now some of why for me zero Stars is much deserved. Due to it being income based housing or whatever term is correct, a min-max amount of money you can earn is a large stipulation of if you can live there. (not their fault or even a bad thing) there are other hoops to jump through like many many pages or financial paper work, they contact your employer, as you more questions and for more paper ... read more
