Maintenance is superb. Placed a complaint late morning and @ 1:35 my garbage disposal is back to normal. Also, like that I have covered parking right @ my doorstep. The apartments are well insulated as my utility bills are stupid low \$25-\$35/monthly.

Infested with roaches and ants. My sofa was infested with ants. Bit myself and my dog. The office staff will nickel and dime you to death. After 1 year, there was a rental increase of $20! BS is almost as expensive as much nicer properties in Lafayette. Look elsewhere. The property is on the decline and the mix of residents leaves lots to be desired. I see thugs walking the property on a daily basis. Used to be a nice place to leave.
the management are a bunch of thieves. theyll charge you late fees over late fees. if you lose your key after hours is 30 dollars for them to give you assistance. apartments are full of roaches, old and dirty. very little daylight comes in and the neighbors can hear each other walking. overpriced for the size and the facilities suck. the workout room is a joke, the pools are small and dirty, only one laundry area without dollar change or chairs, the only thin management is good for is for late fee charges. I hope no ones beliefs this comments,this is perhaps in the best area of the city,if there is a high crime rate here then it must be the same everywhere in the city of lafayette,bogus statement from one person who had some bad luck
The worst complex I have ever lived in. The management does not care aout thier tenats. They will let anyone live there. You are not even guarenteed a parking spot. Beware you end up paying aloat of rent and you get very little aminities.
