Looks great when you first arrive. When you live there a while, you'll notice: 1) really foul smell from the adjacent sugar mill 2) trash bins are overflowing 3) gym is unkept, smelly 4) customer service people are rude, and intimidating 5) most units are infested. 6) if you complain of bugs, they'll threaten eviction, stating that you are to blame, that you have poor hygiene, etc... 7) weekends are impossible to sleep: new tennants party all night: inside and out
