I have lived at 731 Sanders Bayou Court 11years and 8mos. The property was well taken care of. The manger Yolanda Johnson was very professional and went over board to make your stay comfortable. She was the sweetest manger I have ever known. Thank you Yolanda for evrything you have done.

I thought I was going to love moving back to my old neighborhood. Well the day I went in to sign my lease. The Manager Yolanda started telling me about all these rules. Im like dang if i knew this I wouldnt have never gave my deposit. The whole time I was over looking her unfriendly dry attitude. I thought she may be have been having a bad day. The manager Yolanda Johnson is a wolve in sheep clothing. She terminated my lease without reason. I never had company, my kids were respectful, but the neighbor next door was petty and had no life so she would do things to build a case which resulted in me being almost homeless. My deposit was 645.00. She kept my deposit and had kther to get even more which was 60.00 in damages. There were no damages and me and 4 of my friends cleaned the home as if there was no tomorrow.
