This is one of your nurses! This is how she feels about the unjustified killings of African-Americans at the hands of police. Considering this clinic works predominantly with African Americans this is very disturbing!
Worst staff I’ve ever dealt with since moving my son , they don’t do their jobs and quite frankly don’t report anything to Medicaid , since I called Medicaid today they said my son was missing a lot of test and shots 🤔 but he’s up to date on everything ‘ ! This place is a joke !

The doctors we seen were great but the scheduling staff is a joke! Don’t you dare call and try to make an appointment at a certain time. Their office hours are 8am to 5pm so you would think anytime in between is available but apparently that’s not the case. The people who you end up dealing with are rude and the office manager is even worse! You get what they give you or you get nothing. Needless to say we have switched peds.
Waited over an hour with nobody else here but me and when I went ask the MAs if I could just get a work excise since they won’t access me. They said this was the second time the dr just let a pt sit in a room and never been in the room once‼️
Yesterday afternoon, after 3 days of watching my 16 month old daughter vomit and have profuse diarrhea, I decided I didn't want to wait any longer before having her seen even though she was scheduled to go in the following morning. She was very lethargic and could not keep anything down other than a little bit of pedialyte.
