Not very pleased with Bayou Mortgage. We would not hear from them for weeks at a time. When my wife would text Tori it would take her a day or two to return the text, with the same response “ it was a very busy day yesterday sorry for getting back to you late”. I understand you’re busy but we trusted you and would at least like to hear back from you even it was for her to say we are still working on it. I just don’t feel she did enough to try and help us.
They were absolutely amazing to work with!! Mrs. Tori was amazing! Buying a home especially for the first time can be scary and super hard but they made it simple and were very quick to respond and help answer all my questions every step of the way! Will definitely use them again next time I go through this process and would definitely recommend!!
