I have a 2019 Newmar Dutchstar , 4362, and while putting the super slide, the end roller came off. The super slide dropped-BOOM. I was now thinking what a nightmare. The following day, I called Newmar, and was given Mr Larry’s phone number. After explaining to him what had happened, Mr Larry came out, (when he says he will be at my rig at 0830, he was not joking) took a look, got some information, said he was going to call Newmar to get additional information, and he would get back to me. Awesome service.... moved back from Tennessee and couldn't get my fithwheel off my truck jacks wouldn't come down. Called and they came out the next day. Nice and polite and got the job done at a good price. IF YOU NEED A GUY HES YOUR GUY👍.... dont hesitate.... Thanks again for the help!!!!
I just had the pleasure of using Bayou Mobile RV Services for the first time since we moved from Houston 2 weeks ago. We had a semi-emergency issue with our door and they were quick to come out and assist. These people are genuinely incredible, not only at what they do but in who they are. They are excellent in repairs and excellent in customer service. I am glad that we found them and would recommend anyone and everyone to use them for any kind of Rv repairs, you will not be disappointed!! Best wishes y’all!
My children and I were traveling through Louisiana to Texas when our travel trailer leaf spring snapped. It was Labor Day weekend and no one was going to open until Tuesday. Went spent the night in our car at a truck stop and prayed we would find someone to repair our travel trailer. We googled and called many repair people to no avail. Second to none in customer service! Larry is a wealth of knowledge and my first call whenever I cannot figure out an issue on my own. He has gotten me out a bind more than once while stuck. He is very well versed in all makes, models and camper components as well as how to deal with manufacturers with faulty components.
