I would give this place a minus 0 if it was an option I bought a home that needed the heater repaired before purchase we get a receipt showing they fixed it over $800 well low and behold 3 month after moving in winter season came. Went to turn the heater on and it didn’t work! Called them to see if they could come out no return call so far I have called their listed number over the last year over 40 times and left voice mails and no one called me back! They came and serviced my apartment which AC was working perfectly fine, beautifully in fact. Not only did the manager (I assume he was bc he was acting superior) have an awful attitude and was hitting my walls with his ladder but they also left my apartment with the master bedroom and bathroom no longer having air flow. I can only assume it is because they wanted access to the entire apartment but I was showering in the master bathroom at the time so they obviously could not enter. I would recommend this business to anyone in the area who needs HVAC services. My air conditioner went out yesterday, I made a phone call to Bayou Home Performances and was told they could come out that afternoon. I was so surprised! Despite being a hot and long day, our unit was assessed and the problem quickly found. The part was ordered and replaced all within 24 hours!
