I just visited this store to look for furniture for my new home. From the time we walked in we were greeted but also given room to breathe. After walking around the store for awhile we were greeted and helped . We were listened to and than guided to each piece of furniture offered. The whole furniture buying process can be stressful they made it seamless here. We will be back to make sure we support this business. My experience with Bayou furniture was the best, I spoke with Ali, who was very patient and pleasant, he made sure I got the best sectional at a reasonable price and the delivery was free, I would recommend them to anyone and they definitely deserve all five stars!
Customer service is honestly the best I’ve seen or experienced so far! It was great from the beginning. I love when customer service match my energy (respectful and friendly). Ali was such big help for me. He help me understand everything that I need to know about financing the bed frame that I always wanted. He kept in contact with me whether I called him or he contacted me. He’s a very sweet attractive man and I appreciate everything he’s done for me and I would definitely be going back to him for furniture because of how well he treated me.
