I usually dread going to the dentist, but this team has completely changed my perspective over my past few visits. Starting from Hector's warm welcomes to Le Bryce and Dr. Brooke's constant communication, thoroughness, patience, kindness, and consciousness of my comfort throughout each exam, filings and crown replacements. Received excellent care from Dr. Brooke and Labrice today. I was in need of two crowns (one on a tooth that was broken) and while doing two at the same time is not particularly pleasant, Dr. Brooke and Labrice were very patient, gentle, kind, and, above else, knowledgeable. They explained every step along the way and paid attention to my level of (dis)comfort, which really made me feel heard and taken care of. I would give 6 stars to Bayou City Smiles if I could I literally called two people right after my appointment and recommended them to come here! I was a new patient and they were able to fit me in for an appointment the day after I called. I haven't been to the dentist in four years and it can be so intimidating going to an appointment after so long but everyone was extremely nice, welcoming and non-judgmental!
