When I was approached about Hospice care.. I was in denial on that note. Then the calls.. texts.. brochures started rolling in.. I said God lead me to best one which was Bayou City called Tina what a Pleasant Personality…..knowledgeable.. n a big Heart on my mom journey of Dementia it was a pleasure to have all these amazing people with a heart of Gold.. The Doctor is absolutely horrible. To big of an ego Took 30 plus hours to get any meds. No communication of every visit. The bath aid was fantastic. However others plus main case manager were not easy to work with and we r not complainers nor confrontational. Just easy going people being an advocate for our loved one. Be careful with this agency. Chose another agency and they accommodated request that this agency (doctor) did not.
Bayou City, was a true blessing during my mothers last nine months of life. I have had to deal with Hospice (other companies) for my late father and brother, neither of them went well. I was very apprehensive thinking of hospice stepping in for my 94 year old mother. Bayou City gave me a whole new perspective and a gracious experience. From the beginning I chose to have mother at home, Ms. Tina walked us thru the process with professionalism and compassion, easing my fears.
