This is the best foot doctor I've been too. She is gentle and caring. You will not regret coming to this place for your feet she will get you together
I would not recommend anyone to this "foot" doctor Dr Sum. This was my second time making an appointment. The first time, it was so many people that they "overbooked" and couldn't stay for the time that they set for me. The second time, they got me in but I still waited quite a while before being seen at the end of the day. It seems to me she probably was tired from all the other people she's seen ahead of me she only spent maybe 15? minutes (a new patient) when I finally got in there she barely examined or looked at my feet... read more
Dr. Butcher is truly amazing. She thoroughly listened to my concerns, didn't make me feel rushed, and gave me a solid plan for my chief complaint. She genuinely cares and it shows!The office was clean, staff were courteous and professional. Plus, parking was not an issue...winning! Overall, I was very very pleased with my visit. :)
Dr. Jamila was professional and answered all my questions during my visit, and I truly appreciated her care. However, her staff particularly Katrina were extremely unprofessional and rude. The first time I called for a refill, I was told I’d get a call back but never did. When I called again, I was informed they had a “new system” and couldn’t access my prescription history. I visited here for an ingrown nail. They took x rays and the tech was singing while she took the x rays- a bit unprofessional. Dr. Butcher attended to me, her injection for the anesthesia was extremely painful and she injected parts of the toe that didn’t need to be injected ( I now know this after visiting another podiatrist who was able to successfully remove the ingrown with anesthesia that hurt FAR less) I would avoid here. Medi pedi is the place to go!
