Excellent service, great communication and transparent pricing. Have used them both for annual service/maintenance and for a full exchange of our HVAC system. Great local company, highly recommended.
We got our AC system completely replaced by Bayou City Aire, LLC and are very happy with the decision. We got multiple quotes from various companies before choosing, and were not impressed with the technicians sent out by other companies to look at our system. Bayou City's owner (Angel) came out himself to answer all our questions and address our specific needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Fast and efficient service at a fair price.
I can’t say enough positive things about this company. When I was in a bind during Hurricane Beryl, Rey our technician went above and beyond to fix the problem with our generator. Rey is extremely helpful and so very thorough. The front office staff is so kind and patient, during a hard time for Houston, they continued to be so effective. When they gave me a time, they showed up at that time! So thankful for Bayou City Aire!
