This place was my worse nightmare! I feel so bad for the kids that have to come here and be tortured while their parents sit upfront. I went to the back with my child as it was her first time and she was very nervous. Well dr. Cavallino does not like anxious children or parents who want to comfort their anxious children. i bought my son there and they was very rule and they didnt allow me to go back there and he was scare he kept telling us they was hurting him. i will never go back there. they was very mean to him they dont have paitnce with kids,; they wanted tom put him in a jacket to retain him. i also found out they been doing that and they never told me they was doing that. i am very unhappy with this company and i will not sent anybody there.
READ THE FINE PRINT. They will hold you to it later. They are not contracted providers for ANY insurances therefore you pay for the difference between what insurance covers and whatever they choose to charge. They put it in the fine print but go out of their way not to discuss it until it's too late. All of this after they recommended pulling all of my child's teeth when he has no symptoms. Will not return, the front staff is very friendly and helpful, but the back office staff are extremely rough with the kids that have anxiety about a dentist office
I have been bringing my kids here for years and this is the best children's dental facility! Most of the time, I don't have to wait too long, and maybe once, I've had to wait longer. But, to give them a bad review for having to wait for 2 hours that ONE time is not fair. I love this place. Flat screen TV's for the kids to watch, Games for the kids to play, VERY clean facility. Also, the assistants and Dr's are great with the kids.
They have been great with both of my children. Very caring and patient.

I was not pleased with this place. I brought my grandchild and had to wait two hours before being seen. The room has 3 beds and there is no privacy. Will not return.
