We’ve been going to Bayou Cat since they first opened. Their catfish fillets are crispy, cornmeal-breaded delights! We typically get the 6-piece dinner, which comes with an abundance of crispy, crinkle-cut fries, hush puppies, and tartar sauce. For some reason, we’re typically given 7 fillets, which is really nice. We’ve also had their red beans and rice, which, in my opinion, are very similar to red beans and rice we’ve had in New Orleans.
