I have been to this place several times and has had a good experience until yesterday so I wont be going back no time soon... I got the turkey necks as I normally do only this time I was given the very large 1's now they should know that THE LARGER TURKEY NECKS ARE GOING TO REQUIRE LONGER COOKING instead you serve me these abnormally large necks that are TOUGH as leather, then the chinese girl with the grey hair tries to tell me "we cook them constantly all day" WELL these HUGE turkey necks may need to cook for 2 days cause ... read more
Awesome Food and Great Service. Everything was seasoned right.
This is SECOND time Bayou has shortened me on my crawfish. I ordered 4 pounds and was given 3-3.5lbs. If I'm paying 3.99/4.99 per pound, I want ALL my damn crawfish. If yal have all this crawfish, why can't you give people the amount they have paid for? Not to mention they were over cooked and dry. Please do better

One Small Inconvenience And Phil made it right. The food is ALWAYS A Winner and I have a great amount of respect for Great Customer Service. Phil handled my situation with an immediate resolution. The BEST CRAWFISH-Hands Down. The Fried Shrimp Are To Perfection And FRESH FOOD Is the culture along with spice.
I can honestly say this place is really good! Their crawfish is my #1 selection... Seasoned to perfection They need to quit playing and get a bigger place lol then again I like little hole in the wall places...better food
