I work during the day, so I set up for someone to be home when Butch came to spray for my quarterly service on a Thursday afternoon. Well that person didn't hear him knock and didn't answer (I didn't know this). First thing Saturday morning, Butch texts me very rudely about wasting his time and chemicals. I told him I didn't know someone didn't let him in and he called me a liar!! He was so rude and ugly. I'll never use this company again for anything. They only get one star because thats the lowest. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. They don't care about their customers nor does their equipment work properly. Terrible customer service. Does NOT complete the work they were hired to do (faulty equipment). However, they will still charge you. Would NEVER recommend them. Called orkin and they took care of our outdoor flea problem.
Fantastic service! So glad we made the switch. Bye bye termites!
