Long story short, don't pay up front because they will stop responding to you. I hired them to do insurance repair work to my carport that was damaged after Hurricane Delta. They were super responsive when asking them to come and give a quote. They came and looked, took measurements, were very courteous and professional. They were a little slow in the getting the paperwork for the insurance company to get the check but nothing out of the ordinary.
