They promise full service to get your business and then will not provide the agreed upon services because they are under staffed. When you raise it as an issue, the office staff yells at you.

Wish I could add an extra for consciousness & dedication. I reached out to Samantha, the office manager & there were no other nurses on shift. She visited us and stayed after hours when my mom’s picc line got clogged & tired everything to clear it out. She also followed up to ensure my mom was receiving the best care possible. I am so grateful for Bayonne VNA for accommodating a difficult him healthcare situation.

My mother is getting services from this agency and Physical therapist Suhas Kotian have been taking great care. My mother is doing better And He is helping us a lot. Thank you for your help

This place is horrible .The Management team does not return calls.They do NOT follow up.....they are full of excuses when you ask questions or ask for a prognosis. They are understaffed and do NOT follow up when visits are scheduled. They mail you correspondence that is incomplete and refuse to deal with you once your case is closed.
