Not sure how this place has any good reviews at all.
Spent ages on hold to talk to someone, finally got through, no one picked up the phone for about 5 minutes so heard nothing but chattering in the background. Finally spoke to a receptionist who couldn't understand anything I was saying. Proceeded to say they don't have a civil surgeon despite the surgery being listed on the government official website
Been here over hour and still waiting how can they give appointments to so many people that they can't handle if it wasn't about dr basis I wont be coming to this office both waiting areas full bunch of people standing
