I was on the phone waiting to speak with someone at the front desk regarding my son’s medical report, as I have not received the results by email. I remained next in line for almost an hour, only to have the call disconnected at the end for our office is now closed! This is extremely frustrating. I would appreciate more efficient phone service and timely communication regarding patient reports. Most useless front desk as they cannot do anything except giving appointment after wait time of 30 minutes and calling multiple time.Both Pediatrics Doctors are excellent and professional but these front desk folks are not of any use and every time you have to drive there to get your query answered and better to hire third party who can manage stuff handled by them in a better way online so that these liabilities who are bringing bad reviews can be discarded.
Awful service and personnel. Tried to schedule appt for new doctor. Cannot email them or do anything online easily. When calling in they tell you to do it all online but won’t help. SCAM SCAM SCAM Email on contact them brings you to invalid email. Called in after filling out paperwork and was told the doctor can’t see me. Garbage! They just want insurance money and refuse to help. Amazing

I have great experience with all Doctors always tell me straight and accurate treatment and if I need anything Doctor sadiqi help me . I feel comfortable to discuss everything to Drs . Dr Basat is great pediatrician and kind person one day I was visiting my doctor for having virus infection, Dr Basat carried out three big bags of female with two kids patients to move out to clinic.
