Had a heart catheterization today. Very professional, and funny, friendly staff. Thank you to everyone, from Dr. Ramireddy to Jennifer and the others. Sorry, but I can't remember all the names. Great job!!!!
They took great care of my mom.
This is the worst hospital in the United States. The care in the emergency room—specifically at the front desk—was absolutely terrible. They provide no assistance to people who need to know which emergency room number their family member is in; you can show the receptionist a text message confirming that the patient has already been registered, and yet—without even checking the system—she tells you that the patient is not yet on the list.
