Fortunately I did not and will never be doing business with ba’yoami. I had a scheduled appointment for 6/4 and had to cancel due to unplanned medical issues. As with most bad businesses they will not let you cancel through the website and only allow cancellation by phone. On 5/28 I called and left a voicemail with all of the necessary information and requested a cancellation. Keyla was amazing! I got my teeth whitened for the first time. She will make you feel at ease and she’s very professional. She got my teeth pearly white in one session. I highly recommend Ba'yoami Beauty Parlour & Spa! I’ll be back for other treatments.

I scheduled my trial tan and wedding day tan with Keyla. I will admit that the trial tan came out beautifully. I have no complaints about the beautiful tan. But I was taken a back when I was informed the week before my wedding that she would be on vacation for the day I booked my tan on.
