I am grateful and thankful to D.R Horton. They did a really good from when I was searching for the house till this day! They answer all your questions and fix anything you find wrong in the house after buying it. Everyone answers calls, very politely and are very attentive. I chose to buy with DR Horton because of the incentives. Since DRH paid the closing costs and offered low interest rates, I was able to afford a much nicer house than I could have gotten otherwise. I was introduced to Rochelle summer of 2017 while purchasing a new home with DR Horton. Although Rochelle was not my realtor, she was super kind, helpful and attentive every step in the process of my purchase including at times without being asked. She naturally goes out of her way to assist everyone involved in the transaction. We are still in contact with each today and plan to meet up soon for dinner to catch up with each other. 🙂
