I've never encountered an altercation with anyone. The service was good. Based on my work schedule, the location works well for me. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was very polite and nice. I had a great stay and will definitely book again whenever I get back to Wilmington. Very affordable for traveling.

I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I booked I don’t know what I was thinking but this place was horrible run down the water doesn’t get even warm , which is like a basic hotel need. There was bugs on the floor in the room, the beds and pillows are uncomfortable, the people there are questionable everyone’s outside smoking and drinking I felt so uncomfortable I would’ve booked a different hotel if I didn’t already pay.

This place is a dump. I mopped the floor 6 times to get it sum what clean. They have mounds of trash under the stairwells. The first day i was here there were 3 local police walking the parking lot. It's a welfare dump. They day ya get what ya pay for in this case ya get nothing. Oh forget the bed its the most warn out bed ever. The breakfast coffee is cold. Paid through third party. Got there after work and had to put down a deposit even though my room was already paid for. Got to the room, and it smelled like a bunch of moisture. The floors were damp, and it smelled like an ashtray. I killed 2 roaches in the bed, and i took a shower and the supposed to be clean towels were dirty. Went to breakfast the next morning and the drink machine wasnt working. They had orange juice in the lil fridge with milk but it was room temp. Smh wasnt happy for $108

I gave this hotel every opportunity to address our concerns before leaving this review. We paid approximately $150 per night, which is not an insignificant amount, and the condition of the room was nowhere near what I expected for that price or based on the listing. We encountered hair, dirty surfaces, stains, damaged fixtures, paper stuffed into the peephole, and duct tape around the door/lock area.
