Needed to cancel my room due to Covid induced change to move-in date for Central College athlete. They refused refund.

Stayed for 5 nights while attending the Knoxville nationals. Room was a bit squeezy for 4 adults but we managed. No room for a roll out bed so one of us slept on the floor. Breakfast was nice, clean hotel, nice pool and staff were accommodating and easy to deal with. Would stay here again.
Was very dissatisfied with customer service. I needed to cancel my reservations and they refused. No one had the "authority" to issue my request after talking to three different people. It seems my $100 was more important than my return business. Ultimately I was charged for a room that I never used. Never again!!
