A good clean hotel. The problem is we decided to stay in Chicago a second night and found that the Super 8 right next door was cheaper. Upon arriving at the Super 8 I was angry at how much nicer a hotel it was for $40 less a night!! Baymont needs to step thier game way up for what asking a night!!! Angry the that I didn't stay at Super 8 both nights.

I enjoyed my stay at the Baymont. My travel buddy picked the location, for price considerations and because she'd had good experience with the chain before. There's a standard complimentary breakfast in the mornings. The room was clean and warm, and maid service kept things tidy, with fresh towels provided. There was free wi-fi (a mainstay in most places these days), and they were listed as pet-friendly. I didn't have any pets, but I liked that they were open on the subject. Say hi to Paul, a great night manager!

Eeeh. The good was that it was a clean room and it was only 5 min from where I had to work. The not so good: Bed was stiff and I could feel every spring. No remote for the tv. Reservation was messed up and finally got it switched after I had already unpacked. It's also miss leading on who they are and what too look for. They are a Travel Lodge not a Baymont Inn. Can't complain too much for $71 a night.

This place wasn't too bad. It got the job done for sleeping and getting going the next morning. I would compare it to a Super 8. Price was good, staff was very friendly. Would probably stay again.
