Horrible hotel, had a terrible experience. Did not honor the price that was quoted at the time of reservation. Breakfast was a joke and the room was poorly lit. Wyndam should come and inspect this hotel not a representative of their brand, it was obvious the manager was trying to keep cost as low as possible. When I spoke to the manager she was dismissive and treated me like crap. I have already opened a complaint with the corporate office. Great place to stay, we were in Lubbock for Surgery, they made our stay great, the night clerk was a great help with showing us where to park close to exit early morning, great to help us find a place for late night food. Our visit was very enjoyable and reasonable. Thank you Anna for the gift bag and welcome card, it was very gratefully received.
Rm not ready until 7pm and NOT clean, go elsewhere
It's a nice hotel and we enjoyed staying there this weekend. Loved the continental breakfast.
Will never stay here again!!! Doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned.
Our last night in Lubbock and it's the worst experience we've had with a hotel. Our room wasn't cleaned AT ALL, our toilet stopped working, our TV didn't work, and when telling the clerk about it he "kindly" explained to us that it displayed on his computer it was taken care of by housekeeping, and since all the housekeeping staff had gone home for the night, all he could offer was clean towels. We spent the night with a broken toilet in a dirty room. Needless to say we won't be staying at a Baymont anymore.
We found hairs, what looked like they could be pubic hairs, on our sheets! We won't be back here again!
