The room seemed fairly clean. No garbage cans anywhere in the room. Hotel hallway and stairway smelled of cigarettes. Charged for smoking fee which was more than room plus we don’t and have never smoked. Still waiting for a response back from hotel to dispute the charge.
Nothing at this hotel worked ...the elevator...hot water...luke warm at best...heat...83...nope..doesnot heat.. blows for 1 minute then nothing...after two rekeys by front desk worker...we still couldnt get in our room. We had to have maintenance let us in our room.. We couldn't even get the tv to turn up. We had to have the desk clerk come to our room to show us how to work the tv. There was no indication from the hotel that they were under renovation... a waste of money
Worst Baymont I've ever stayed in. Booked a room online and checked in. That part was at least fast and easy. After checking in I went outside to get my husband and suitcases. Was told then that the elevator was out of service so we had to carry 2 large suitcases and a couple other bags to our room, which of course was on the 4th floor. No hot water it was broke. Elevator was out of service. Noisy all night. Dog barking at 4am. Smelled like marijuana. Out of spoons for breakfast. OJ and apple juice out of service. Tv remote wouldn’t adjust volume.
