RecommendedRooms are okay. Repairs need to be done. Several stains in carpet area in hallways. Bed mattresses are literally sitting on the floor. Samantha at front desk was very polite, considerate and very helpful when checking in. The night staff, not so much. Room only had 1 towel, there are 2 of us, and it seemed to be a bother asking for more towels. It’s horrible with signs everywhere saying they cars aren’t safe trash everywhere in the parking lot went inside people just hangout in lobby. Went back to car and canceled the room at 3:26pm and been fighting with them every since to get my refund from them or Hotels.com both a waste never again
Sketchy atmosphere and felt unsafe. Checked in/out as we didn't feel comfortable to stay on the property.
worked here for a day walked out and quit cause it was so nasty & never got paid for the 7 hours i worked lol

Checked in and out within 15 minutes. Room 104 was disgusting. Torn carpet, garbage under the beds, broken furniture, yellow stains on the sheets, dirt, dirt, and more dirt under the beds, on the sides of the furniture, along the baseboards, and under the desks. The whole place smelled of smoke. About 5 minutes in the room is all we could take both of us got headaches. Went back to front desk waited there for 10 minutes ringing the bell for service. Turned in the room keys and went down the street to a much nicer hotel. Will never go to or recommend a Baymont to anyone.
