The hotel itself was fine, it's nothing fancy. It was clean, centrally located. The bed we had was hard a rock, but that falls under a personal preference. The curtains were paper thin and did very little block out light from the parking lot. The real issue: We received an email from the hotel less than 24 hours prior to check in informing us of the construction. Which we didn't see until we were well on on way into our 8+ hour drive. Stayed two nights. Great water pressure in shower. Very friendly employees.
There were some good things about this place, but a lot of bad also, and for the price, i will never stay here again or recommend it! To start, we found trash and globs of human hair under our mattress, they never gave us any trash bags for the cans, our key cards did not work on the outside doors and had to call front desk every time we went outside to be let back in. The worst part was when we left at checkout to turn our key in, the person told us to put them in the box, then charged us for late fees on 2 rooms. We did no... read more
