While the physical facility and the condition of the room itself met expectations, two major issues completely overshadowed my stay and guarantee I will not return to this property. First, the location and parking lot felt incredibly unsafe. The hotel sits in the middle of a very large, aging apartment complex. I just checked out today, I travel often and am a platinum elite member. Never had an issue with any hotel stay until this one. First I was aggravated that I was woke up with housekeeping banging on my door at 8:39 am. But then I get home and get an invoice for over 300 in charges saying I smoked in the room when never in my life have I ever smoked.
