Nice hotel and nice staff. The area is super busy and congested but other than that it was a nice hotel.

Bed was really firm and the ac was loud. Still a clean and well furnished hotel. Decent breakfast with a lot of variety.
Construction handicapped couldnt get to lobby
I booked and paid for a room. Their policy states that room rental is up to 12pm check out. I arrived early am due to unforeseen circumstances. I attempted to check in because I was aware I would have to wait until the afternoon to get another room. I had already paid for the room with a statement the rental ended at 12 noon that day. Kenoya (most likely wrong spelling) was absolutely rude and unprofessional condescendingly wrongly explaining that my check in time was for yesterday and she would not check me in.
