I booked this trip with the credit authorization method for work. When I arrived after traveling all day they informed me that they don’t accept credit authorization under any circumstances. When I asked if i could be taken off the hook since this wasn’t made clear at the time of booking the lady at the desk informed me that it was a same day cancellation and I would still be charged 130 dollars???
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I recently stayed there for the Arnold Sports Festival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds great and the shower had just the right amount of water pressure. The staff were very friendly. Also, they have a handy shuttle that will take you to select locations within 5 miles of the hotel. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.
