This hotel is gross. The rooms smell like cigarettes, the carpet makes your socks black with dirt, and the furniture is stained. This place should have had a renovation 10 years ago. 0/5
We are loving our stay here in Richmond at Baymont Inn. We are a very long way from home and my husband and I are on a work trip so the comforting welcome we got from the sweet lady "Kim" was just what we needed. She even gave my husband an extra pillow!! The rooms are super clean, linens and towels are soft and cozy (which is big for me) bed is large and comfy!
