I was charged a $100 "hold" on my credit card at check in, and 6 days after I checked out the "hold" has still not been returned on my account. After the below comment by the site, I checked my account online and the charge is still on my account, in "pending" status as of this date.
Needed a room, to get off the road. Provided just that. Nothing special, but fairly clean, and got a great rest. Perfectly priced
Stayed here on the way to a work site and did not have a good experience. Water was not very warm and also had poor pressure, the chair in the room was ripped, the bathtub was dirty (trash and what I would guess is pubic hair) and had to be washed before use. Hotel advertised washer and dryer but the dryer did not exist. The key card quit working in the morning and took a good while to find anyone to fix it. Would not recommend even for the lower price.
Outstanding hotel! My stay exceeded expectations in every way. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was really comfortable and I had a great night sleep. The service was exceptional and the staff went beyond call of duty. Even the price was great. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Five stars without hesitation.
