This was terrible. There was a marijuana nugget on my floor and the floors were sticky. The towels had stains, the bedding had stains. The a/c filter was torn, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the bathtub was so dirty. I brought all of this to the front desk and I was told “ well do you want a broom?” And I said no baffled, then he said “well let me get you some new towels, sorry about that” they won’t issue me a full refund even though we left the same day we checked in. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Nice place to stay. Good value for the price. Good location in a safe neighborhood close to everything you need.

My stay at Baymont Suites was disappointing. Staff were unwelcoming from the start and only warned me about losing my deposit if I damaged the room. While in the lobby, a random man on the couch — who didn’t even work there — kept questioning me if I was DoorDashing, and the front desk clerk (Essis) even asked if I knew him. On top of that, my room had at least five house flies inside. Very unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unsanitary atmosphere — definitely not the kind of hospitality I expect.
I travel for work and I’m not a picky guy by any means when it comes to hotels. But people should know what it is here. Sticky bathroom floors , what looks like red/brown stains on the actual mattress. Which also continues into the bathroom. Basically over all cleanliness is definitely below average . Also no ventilation in the bathroom. The secondary dead bolt appears to be ripped off ( possibly door has been kicked in). Language barrier at the front desk as well.
