Better than average hotel. Room was nice. Breakfast was okay. Service slightly below average.
Friendly staff. Very helpful and nice quiet rooms.
When we checked in I asked if I could upgrade and pay extra to get a suite room,she didn't even try on the computer, she literally just moved the mouse and looked at the screen for 3 seconds said she couldn't even though online it said there were rooms available. Mind you we stayed during the week not weekend and we never saw more than 5 cars in the property. We stayed 3 nights and were told the cleaning staff does not go and clean the rooms or change the towels UNLESS we stay MORE than 3 nights!!, wow I have never heard tha... read more
