Because of delays, delta gave us a voucher to stay here. We picked this hotel because of the shuttle. It took the shuttle over one hour to pick up our group after they told us it would only be 10 minutes. We ended up buying a ride service. Rooms are outdated. Shuttle was almost an hour late bringing us back to the airport. Don’t stay here if you need transportation to and from the airport.

I stay here quite often due to the business and every time I stay, the service is really terrible. Shuttle is not reliable and front desk ladies are joke! Rude and does not want to work attitude. I would not recommend stay here at all
