My trip was far from perfect. Trouble with reservations, the elevator was broken, my card was charged twice, first room was smaller than expected and air conditioner loud, but despite all the negatives the staff worked with me to make things right which is why I gave 5-stars. I'm awful with names, I believe her name is Lethia and the manager worked on getting all issues resolved. We didn't ask but the manager even changed our room to help with our situation.' I was impressed at how clean and well-appointed the rooms were. The night desk clerk was very charming. The breakfast offerings had a few problems however. First of all there was no butter available for the waffles. Also, I couldn't find where the coffee was located and noticed that it was set up in the lobby next to the entrance to the breakfast room. It should have been located inside. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.
Well to our surprise, after having our reservation for 3 weeks we get here the room we requested all of a sudden is NOT PET FRIENDLY... BE AWARE.. 3 weeks ago we had our 8 lb Chihuahua in the hot tub room with us... All the sudden animals are not allowed in that room.... According to their policy, pets are allowed only in a double queen.... But nowhere does it say that.... Yet they advertise pet friendly with a $20 fee..Just be aware that just because they say they are pet friendly. Doesn't mean they are.....
