The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the indoor pool was nice, but cold, the room was pretty sizable (fit 2 kids inflatable beds), breakfast which is included was convenient (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins and bagels), the hotel location was pretty central for what we were doing. Close to the Sundial bridge, Shasta Lake and Whickeytown Lake.
Attendant at the desk was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean, but very small. Bed was good. Not directly next to the I5, so no freeway noise. Several places to eat within walking distance.
Hidden gem with exceptional service We stayed at here for three nights and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The front desk staff stood out as exceptional, informative, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless comfortable.
