I feel that the hotel is not welcoming in the evenings. It doesn't give you anywhere communal to eat if you get takeout. The staff were not friendly in helping us find a place to eat in the lobby area. The front desk could be inconsistent in its quality, though Lydia especially stood out for her excellent customer service! The rooms were decent and the location was right by my worksite, so no problems there! I reposted this to share my experience at the beginning with the lack of options for eating seating.
I'm a truck driver from Texas and was in the area and needed a place to stay for the night. This place offered truck parking and the rooms are extremely nice, clean and comfortable. The lady in the front desk was very polite and even came outside in the cold and rain to guide me around the parking lot. Definitely a place to stay. 5 star Plus
